  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

You can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.


Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or failure to answer calls, the parcel may be returned to SoulsFit.

Any re-shipping charges for returned parcels may be the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

SoulsFit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos or video of the product
