7-Day Replacement Warranty

We offer a 7-day replacement warranty from the date your order is delivered.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)

  • Missing an item from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a video showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Please do not send any item back without prior approval from our team.

Exchange Process

Once your replacement request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • After the returned product passes our quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched.

Non-Replaceable Items

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

  • Requests made after the 7-day replacement period.

No Refund Policy

SoulsFit currently does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or personal preference.

We only provide replacements for eligible cases mentioned above.

Damaged During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
